The Assistant Superintendent supports field operations, subcontract supervision, material coordination, and daily reporting.
Assist the Superintendent with trade sequencing and site logistics.
Track schedule progress, delivery coordination, and manpower assignments.
Maintain daily jobsite documentation.
Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and quality.
Support punch-list activities.
1–4 years commercial construction field experience.
Ability to support experienced field leadership.
Solid safety awareness and communication skills.
