The Estimator prepares accurate quantity takeoffs, cost studies, and proposal submissions for competitive and negotiated opportunities.
Perform quantity takeoffs for structural, architectural, and site-related scopes.
Coordinate bid packages and subcontractor outreach.
Prepare pricing, value options, and proposal documents.
Review drawings and specs for constructability.
Work closely with the operations team during turnover.
3+ years estimating for commercial/industrial projects.
Strong plan-reading capability.
Experience with estimating and takeoff software.
