A regional contractor specializing in complex, phased, and multi-stakeholder commercial projects requiring precise schedule management.
The Scheduler develops and maintains project schedules, supports weekly updates, and collaborates with PM and field teams to keep work on track.
Build baseline schedules and maintain updates.
Analyze critical paths and forecast schedule risks.
Support monthly reporting and sequencing plans.
Attend team meetings and integrate field feedback.
Assist with delay analysis and recovery plans.
3+ years scheduling experience in commercial/industrial construction.
Strong knowledge of sequencing, manpower loading, and logic ties.
Proficiency with scheduling software.
