A well-established practice in Sacramento is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with at least two years of civil litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and sophisticated matters, from single-plaintiff employment cases to wage & hour class action litigation, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Handle labor & employment litigation from intake through resolution.
Conduct discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in employment-related disputes and agency complaints.
Advise on wage & hour, FEHA, and other employment law issues.
Collaborate with colleagues on complex and cutting-edge labor matters.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active California Bar license.
2+ years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred).
Experience with discovery, depositions, and motions.
Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
