Job Description

A top Agriculture Labor Management Company located in the Southwesten region af the San Juaquin Valley is seeking a Director of Operations.

To be considered, candidates must have the following qualifications

  *  Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

  *  A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar roll.

  *  A college degree preferably in Agriculture

  *  Experience and full knowledge of finances, profit and loss and staff management.

  *  Open to frequent travel between California and Arizona.

  *  Farm managing experience is a plus.

  *  Candidates with a knowledge of Brassicas will be prioritized.
