Traveling Construction Superintendent (Midwest Travel)
BIG HIRING NEED!! This week a premiere commercial builder reached out seeking multiple Travel Superintendents to join their organization for projects in multiple locations throughout the Mid-west states! Ideally someone with ground up Hospitality to start but other projects needed retail, technology, storage, big box, multifamily, restaurant or medical experience is needed for upcoming projects and to help fill out all the teams. If you are a commerical Superintendent that likes to travel with projects staying in the midwest and you can reliably deliver projects on time, on budget, and surpass client expectations, let's talk confidentially right away.
Qualifications for Travel Superintendents:
5+ years in commercial construction (HOTEL PROJECTS A MUST), experience in building retail, techology, restaurants, multifamily, Ag/Light Industrial; additionally looking for someone with strong medical experience
Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets
Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently
Industry consistent work history
Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Carpentry experience preferred
Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required
Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
