Payment Systems Account Manager

gpac is partnering with a top financial group nationally of its kind, based in Kansas! 

I'm excited to share a distinctive opportunity to advance your career as a Card Services Sales BDO within a thriving financial services environment based in central Kansas. This role empowers you to spearhead the growth of payment services by cultivating strong alliances with client banks and driving strategic business development.

Compensation:

  • This is a rare sales role where you can earn a living wage on your base salary, with incentives to earn bonuses.
  • The operations and relationships team already works as a well-oiled machine and will have your back to assist client service opportunities.
  • This is a new role you can help shape, but the company is already closing with new customers and referrals from an existing, strong partner relationship network. All of these referrals that you onboard will be considered yours and will  count as new clients for your portfolio and bonuses
  • This company offers a robust fringe benefit suite, including health care, vision, dental, optional offerings, life insurance, etc.
  • 401k and potential officer bonus pools may apply
  • This is a ground-floor opportunity with a nimble company that caters to the needs of the customers and the market trends. Your input is important.

In this role, you will:

  • Master comprehensive payment services product knowledge and pricing strategies to effectively support client banks.
  • Lead persuasive presentations and develop customized proposals that secure new partnerships.
  • Maintain and prioritize a dynamic sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue objectives while delivering ongoing sales coaching and support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between payment services processors and client banks, ensuring smooth collaboration and exceptional service.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility, exchange insights, and uncover new prospects—all while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
