Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage comprehensive tax compliance and consulting projects across a diverse client portfolio, including corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.
Provide strategic tax planning advice to optimize client outcomes.
Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of progressive public accounting tax experience.
CPA certification required.
Proven leadership and decision-making skills within a tax-focused role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Commitment to stability and long-term career development.
