Job Title: Turnkey Concrete Estimator (Remote Option Available)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turnkey Concrete Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in estimating full-scope concrete packages for commercial and industrial projects. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for turnkey concrete packages, including vertical, foundation, and flatwork components
Analyze project documents and specifications to develop cost-effective bids
Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate scoping
Utilize estimating software and tools to generate takeoffs and proposals
Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and pricing trends
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in turnkey concrete estimating
Proven experience with mid- to large-scale commercial and industrial projects
Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
