Load-Bearing CMU Superintendent
Location: South Carolina
About the Role: We’re hiring a Superintendent with strong CMU experience to lead commercial masonry projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of large-scale, load-bearing CMU structures while guiding crews and ensuring top-quality builds.
Responsibilities:
Oversee field operations for load-bearing CMU projects
Schedule, supervise, and coordinate trades and crews
Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
Review drawings, resolve issues, and ensure code compliance
Communicate with project managers, architects, and engineers
Background:
7+ years construction experience, 3+ in superintendent role
Strong knowledge of CMU systems and commercial building codes
Ability to manage multiple crews on large projects
OSHA 30 preferred
