 HEALTHCARE RECRUITER Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal integrity - the highest standards for oneself
  • Willingness to be coached and follow a proven system
  • Can effectively build relationships
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • A business-related degree is preferred but not required
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Should be proficient using a computer and various online databases
  • Access to reliable internet

 

HEALTHCARE RECRUITER pay structure:

This is a commissioned role with a draw system of $2k (for up to 3 months) and then $3k/mo. The commission rate that ranges from 30% - 75% on fees that range from $15k - $50k. It takes a high level of commitment and time to build a book of business. Because of the commission rates, the earning potential is significant. However, given the time it takes to build one's book of business, you should ONLY anticipate "draw" paychecks for the first 6 months ($15k gross).
