Residential Project Manager

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required

• 3+ years' experience in disaster restoration project management (Fire, Water, Mold, etc.)

• Ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
• Change orders, quality control, material take-offs, and scheduling

• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results

• Manage budgeting and equipment rentals

• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors

• Monitor project process to ensure project is on schedule and within budget

• Experience with Microsoft applications
