General Liability Associate Attorney (Remote – Florida)

A growing and well-respected litigation firm is seeking a General Liability Associate Attorney to join its Florida team in a fully remote capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle meaningful litigation work while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Position Highlights

• Fully remote opportunity for Florida-based attorneys
• Handle a variety of General Liability matters including auto, premises liability, bodily injury, and negligence claims
• Opportunity for hands-on litigation experience and direct client interaction
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of litigation experience preferred
• Experience handling General Liability, Insurance Defense, or related civil litigation matters
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances
• Trial preparation and/or courtroom experience preferred
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
