Job Description

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC)

If you're a licensed counselor who enjoys helping people but is ready for a better opportunity, I'd love to connect.

I'm actively connecting with behavioral health and mental health organizations that are looking for experienced, compassionate counselors. I work with a range of organizations and can help connect you with opportunities based on what matters most to you.

Whether you're looking for stronger clinical support, better compensation, a healthier work-life balance, or more opportunities for professional growth, I'd be happy to have a confidential conversation.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual, family, or group counseling

  • Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with other behavioral health and healthcare professionals

  • Support clients in achieving meaningful treatment goals

What We're Looking For

  • Active LPC, LPCC, or equivalent state counseling license

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong clinical communication and documentation skills

  • Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Why Explore New Opportunities?

Many of the counselors I speak with aren't actively searching. They're simply curious about what's available.

Depending on your goals, I can help you explore opportunities offering:

  • Higher compensation

  • Better clinical support and supervision

  • Flexible or hybrid schedules

  • Telehealth opportunities

  • Manageable caseloads

  • Leadership and advancement opportunities

  • Stronger work-life balance

  • Collaborative clinical environments

You don't have to be actively looking to have a conversation. If you're curious about what's available in your market, let's talk.

Call or text 712-317-3831 or email alisha.mcpartland@gogpac.com to start a confidential conversation.

Even if you're not planning to make a move today, I'd love to connect and become a resource for your career.
