Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Commercial Millwork Designer with strong Microvellum experience to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking projects from concept to completion while working closely with our project managers and production team. The Commercial Millwork Designer will play a key role in ensuring designs are accurate, efficient, and meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed millwork shop drawings using Microvellum and AutoCAD.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project accuracy and design feasibility.

  • Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to create production-ready designs.

  • Generate cut lists, CNC programs, and material take-offs for the shop.

  • Ensure all designs meet client requirements, building codes, and company quality standards.

  • Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Millwork Designer or in a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microvellum (required) and AutoCAD.

  • Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and hardware.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • CNC programming experience is a plus.
