Project Manager
Residential Remodeling | Interior & Exterior Projects
A growing residential remodeling firm specializing in high-quality interior and exterior renovations is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion
- Oversee both interior and exterior renovation projects
- Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and project timelines
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress expectations are met
- Work closely with field teams and office staff to keep projects running efficiently
- Manage budgets, change orders, and project documentation
- Problem-solve issues proactively and keep projects on track
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Help improve project workflows and operational efficiency when possible
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential remodeling project management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and sequencing
- Experience with both interior and exterior remodeling projects highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable in both field and office settings
- Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
- Self-motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented
