Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: Louisville Kentucky

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Real Estate Paralegal. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can support attorneys in all aspects of lreal estate transactions and title work. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with drafting title commitments and policies
  • Maintain escrow accounts.
  • Prepare closing statements, deeds, and mortgages.
  • Filing and recording deed, mortgages and other documents 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in commerical real estate
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
