What they’re looking for:
2–5 years of civil litigation experience (Washington-based preferred)
Trial experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to manage cases independently, from pleadings through resolution
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to client service
Licensed to practice law in Washington
