Family Law Associate Attorney – In-Office | Harrisburg/Camp Hill, PA

Are you a rising attorney passionate about family law and ready to make a meaningful impact? Join our growing team in the Harrisburg office as a Family Law Associate Attorney. We are a well-established, client-focused firm seeking a motivated legal professional to support and grow our busy family law practice. This is a full-time, in-office position offering the opportunity to work closely with experienced shareholders and associates on a wide variety of challenging and rewarding cases.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be an integral part of our Family Law Practice Group, handling cases across the full spectrum of family law. Responsibilities include:

• Advocating for clients in matters involving divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal support, child custody, and adoption
• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
• Preparing for and representing clients in court appearances, hearings, and trials
• Conducting legal research and managing discovery
• Participating in case strategy development and resolution planning
• Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys to provide timely, compassionate, and solution-oriented legal services
• Supporting firm marketing and business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented attorney who is ready to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• An active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
• 1–4 years of experience in family law, including trial experience at the Court of Common Pleas and Superior Court levels
• Familiarity with Orphans’ Court and Prothonotary’s Office procedures
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• A commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and providing client-centered service

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
