Job Description

We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our well-established Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation group in beautiful Naples, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly respected team advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies.

🏛 What You'll Do:

  • Draft a wide variety of estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related instruments)
  • Provide strategic legal counsel on wealth preservation and trust structures
  • Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer tax strategies
  • Design and implement business succession and asset protection plans
  • Guide fiduciaries through the administration of estates and trusts
  • Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
  • Conduct legal research and support estate-related litigation matters

✅ What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation experience (higher levels of experience also welcomed)
  • Demonstrated skill in drafting estate planning and trust instruments
  • Strong understanding of tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
  • Client-focused with excellent communication and judgment
  • Florida Bar admission
