Project Manager – Civil Land Development | Florida Growth Corridor

Location: Northern Broward / Inland Palm Beach, FL (Near Miami Metro)

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 + Incentives

Your Role:

  • Lead site design for residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects.

  • Manage grading, stormwater, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.

  • Coordinate permitting with municipalities and agencies.

  • Mentor and inspire internal design teams.

You Should Have:

  • 6–10 years of civil site development experience.

  • Licensed or eligible PE in Florida.

  • Civil 3D proficiency and strong technical judgment.
