Land Development Project Manager – New England Design Leader
Location: Worcester County, MA / Southern NH (Near Boston Metro)
Salary: $120,000–$145,000 + Bonus

You’ll Lead:
Civil site design including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems.
Manage permitting and approvals in complex municipal environments.
Mentor junior engineers and oversee QA/QC.
Be the primary technical advisor to developers and stakeholders.
You Bring:
8+ years of civil land development design experience.
PE license preferred.
Civil 3D mastery and strong project leadership.
