COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION TRAVELING SUPERINTENDENT
An established, reputable, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their projects in both North and South Carolina immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? This is an organization that builds by their core values and treats their employees like family. Must have experience with multi-fam/Senior living/hotels - 7+ years exp.
TRAVELING COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects
· Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
· Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion
· Ability to manage and run projects $50M+
· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
· Ability to identify and solve problems
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
