Employment Attorney - Partner - Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco.

A highly respected mid-sized law firm—consistently ranked a Best Place to Work—is seeking experienced Employment Litigation Partners to join its teams in Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco. A portable book of business is welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employer clients in single-plaintiff employment litigation (court and arbitration)
• Investigate claims and develop strategic approaches to defense
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
• Take and defend depositions
• Handle responses to administrative charges
• Appear at mediations, hearings, and trials/arbitrations as needed
• Maintain regular client communication and case management

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active CA Bar license in good standing
• Strong background in employment litigation
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• A team player who thrives in a supportive, client-focused environment
• Trial experience and/or wage & hour litigation a plus, but not required
