Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously

  • Lead and mentor audit teams on concurrent projects

  • Review and finalize audit deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance with firm and professional standards

  • Collaborate with clients to address audit findings and develop actionable insights

  • Contribute to the development of departmental training, tools, and methodologies

  • Maintain strong client relationships and promote long-term engagement success

  • Prioritize and manage workloads to meet project timelines and budget goals

Qualifications:

  • CPA license required

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on external audits

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple audit engagements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to travel up to 15–20% throughout the year (minimal travel relative to most firms)
