About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a rapidly growing restoration company seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support active projects and contribute to successful project execution in the field.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in restoration, construction, or a related industry who is looking to develop their skills and advance into a Project Manager position. You'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of restoration projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of restoration projects
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, technicians, and internal teams
  • Help manage labor, materials, equipment, and project logistics
  • Review timecards, invoices, and job cost reports
  • Conduct quality control checks and assist with site inspections
  • Identify and help resolve project challenges to keep work on schedule and within scope
  • Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership position
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work
  • Experience with project management, job costing, or PSA software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
