A confidential and highly regarded law firm in Naples, Florida is seeking an experienced Probate, Trust & Estate Paralegal to support a busy and well-established Estates & Trusts Practice Group.
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment and has a deep understanding of Florida estate and trust administration. This role is 100% in-office and requires a candidate comfortable with billing for their time.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration, asset valuations, and tax return preparation
Draft estate planning documents (Wills, POAs, Healthcare Directives, Petitions, Accountings, etc.)
Maintain trust accounts, perform bank reconciliations, and process payments
Prepare EINs, track important deadlines, and input billable time
Interact with clients, banks, CPAs, and other professionals to facilitate estate matters
Research legal and factual issues; organize and manage data and documents
✅ What We’re Looking For:
5–8+ years of probate, trust, and estate experience
Strong billing experience – timekeeping is required
Experience with Florida estate/trust law and Probate Court rules
Skilled in Microsoft Office, document management tools, and estate tax/accounting software
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate with equivalent experience

Prior experience working directly with personal representatives, beneficiaries, or estate administrators
Understanding of principal and income accounting concepts
Familiarity with drafting legal correspondence and court documents
