About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Aesthetic Provider to join our growing practice. This role offers a unique blend of 50% medical dermatology and 50% cosmetic dermatology, providing the opportunity to work alongside a team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes with a strong focus on anti-aging and regenerative aesthetics.
The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, advanced aesthetic treatments, and building long-term patient relationships while upholding a high-end brand experience.
Responsibilities Medical Dermatology (50%)
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions.
- Assist with and potentially participate in dermatologic surgical procedures, depending on experience and credentials.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation.
Cosmetic Dermatology (50%)
- Perform cosmetic consultations and create customized treatment plans.
- Administer advanced injectable treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
- Perform laser treatments utilizing Sciton laser platforms and other energy-based devices.
- Educate patients on anti-aging treatment options and long-term aesthetic care plans.
- Recommend and sell appropriate treatments, procedures, and skincare products.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Strong background in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
- Experience with advanced injectable techniques.
- Experience operating and treating patients with Sciton laser technologies preferred.
- Knowledge of anti-aging treatment protocols and aesthetic treatment planning.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and patient relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to convert consultations into treatment plans through ethical patient education and sales.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
