Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys solving mechanical challenges, developing teams, and driving equipment reliability? We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment while making a direct impact on safety, uptime, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing operation

  • Drive preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives

  • Troubleshoot and support mechanical, electrical, PLC, and control systems

  • Oversee equipment reliability, boiler systems, and facility maintenance activities

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with maintenance standards

  • Coordinate maintenance priorities to maximize production uptime

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience

  • Prior supervisory or management experience

  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair background

  • Experience working with PLCs, controls, and industrial equipment

  • Knowledge of boiler systems and reliability-focused maintenance programs preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
