A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager with experience on commercial projects. They need someone who is skilled with working with clients, writing, and running commercial reconstruction losses.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years commercial reconstruction and restoration background. Preferably have experience writing with Xactimate & DASH.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
• Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
• Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
• Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
• Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
• Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5+ years commercial construction management experience.
• Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
• Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
• Proficiency in DASH software (required).
• Xactimate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting.
• Clean criminal background and clean driving record.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Spanish speaking ability is a strong plus.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
