Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Paralegal
Location: Houston, TX

A well-established and respected plaintiff firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join its litigation team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with seasoned trial attorneys who handle high-value and complex medical negligence cases on behalf of injured clients.

As a Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Paralegal, you will play a key role in preparing cases for trial, managing discovery, and working directly with clients, experts, and co-counsel. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of the nuances involved in plaintiff medical malpractice litigation.

Responsibilities
• Draft and organize pleadings, discovery, and trial exhibits
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and medical record requests
• Summarize depositions, medical records, and expert reports
• Coordinate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation

Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and litigation procedures
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases with attention to detail
• Proficient in case management and document review software
