Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal
• Above-average technology capabilities
• Confident and good communication skills
• Team player, energetic, and pleasant personality
• Education: BA/BS or Certificate preferred but not requirement
• Knowledge of Lending Practices: Understanding of commercial lending processes, including loan underwriting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
• Document Preparation: Ability to draft, review, and organize various types of legal documents related to commercial loans, such as loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements
• Research Skills: Proficiency in legal research, including the ability to analyze and summarize case law, statutes, and regulations related to commercial lending

Compensation is based on experience; above average for the market and includes a full suite of benefits.
