The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and self-motivated, who can work both independently and also in direct conjunction with experienced litigators and firm partners. Should also be comfortable communicating with clients. Responsibilities include all aspects of caseload management, preparing pleadings and discovery, handling depositions, and motion work. Immediate opportunity for independent deposition and courtroom experience.
Must have 7-10 years of plaintiff's civil litigation experience. PA and NJ bar required. Starting salary as referenced below dependent upon experience.
