A boutique litigation firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with 5–10 years of practice to join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with first- and second-chair trial experience who wants to make a real impact representing injured railroad workers and other injured employees under FELA, workers’ compensation, and related personal injury statutes. The role involves travel up to 30% across the Southeastern U.S. to meet clients, investigate accident sites, and appear in court.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases, with a strong emphasis on railroad injury litigation under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA)

  • Handle a mix of workplace injury cases from initial intake through trial, including depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations

  • Conduct on-site investigations, including visits to railyards, accident locations, and employer facilities

  • Travel regionally to meet clients, gather evidence, and represent them in court proceedings

  • Collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team that values meticulous case preparation and client advocacy

What We’re Looking For:

  • JD and active Florida Bar license

  • 5–10 years of litigation experience with 1st or 2nd chair trial work

  • Background in railroad/FELA cases, workers’ compensation, and/or personal injury preferred

  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%

  • Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills

What’s Offered:

  • Competitive compensation and performance bonuses

  • Full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), CLE support)

  • Genuine growth opportunities in a firm that promotes from within

  • A collaborative, boutique environment with hands-on mentorship and meaningful client interaction
