Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and manage high-density/mixed-use residential projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from conceptualization through construction, while maintaining alignment with client expectations and design vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, project consultants, general contractors, and reviewing agencies.
Oversee all phases of project development, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate with Practice Area Leaders to understand client needs and integrate design objectives.
Monitor project metrics proactively to maintain alignment with project goals.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
5 to 7 years of architectural project management experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with high-density/mixed-use residential projects.
Proven track record of working with clients and leading project efforts.
Architectural professional degree preferred.
Licensed Architect or AXP candidate.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Proficiency in Revit.
Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $103,669 to $136,584, commensurate with experience.
