Key Responsibilities
Support production operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance of all equipment and assets.
Improve asset reliability, quality, and safety while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Lead and supervise maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance programs, and oversee projects.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Qualifications
5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong attention to detail and experience with quality systems and regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet production environment.
