Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support production operations by ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance of all equipment and assets.

  • Improve asset reliability, quality, and safety while maintaining regulatory compliance.

  • Lead and supervise maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance programs, and oversee projects.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing.

  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

  • Strong attention to detail and experience with quality systems and regulations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet production environment.
