Workers’ Comp Attorney

We are looking for a talented and experienced Workers’ Comp Attorney licensed in Oklahoma to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an attorney handling workers’ comp cases. While defense-side workers’ comp experience is preferred, we are open to considering attorneys with strong plaintiff-side workers’ comp backgrounds who are confident managing files independently and effectively.

In this role, the attorney will handle a full workers’ comp caseload from start to finish, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial. The right attorney must be well-versed in the nuances of workers’ comp litigation and comfortable working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
