This full-service, forward-thinking firm is looking for a well-rounded professional who not only brings exceptional tax knowledgefor corporate clients’ compliance needs, but also adds value through expertise in wealth management, estate planning, and private equity.
Lead tax projects and assess client needs across a wide variety of services
Coordinate both hands-on training and formalized firm training for staff
Be community-involved with an outgoing personality
Collaborate with specialty tax practice on complex tax matters
Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for staff accountants
Serve as a positive mentor and hands-on leader
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field
MST, Juris Doctor, or applicable advanced degree preferred
CPA Certification required (additional specialty certifications a plus)
5+ years of proven experience in a tax leadership role with a regional or Big 4 public accounting firm
Ability to utilize firm technology efficiently
Strong multi-tasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Genuine passion for public accounting with the ability to view clients’ needs holistically
