Labor & Employment Litigator – Northern California (Fully Remote, Some Travel Required)

A dynamic Northern California law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigator to join their team. This fully remote position allows flexibility while requiring periodic travel for client meetings, depositions, and court appearances. The firm handles complex and high-profile matters, and they are looking to hire before the end of 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, discrimination, and wrongful termination claims.
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation strategy.
  • Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues while managing a robust caseload.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws, including wage & hour disputes, PAGA, and class actions.
  • Experience handling discrimination, wrongful termination, and related employment claims.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients and colleagues.
  • Must be licensed to practice in California.
