Job Description

I am partnered with a highly reputable and fast-growing commercial flooring company in your local area who are looking to add a Flooring Sales PM with proven experience to their team. They aren’t just looking to talk; they are ready to HIRE!

Requirements:

  • Must be someone who can find and win their own projects and manage cradle to grave
  • Someone that can sell and manage $2-$3m
  • They don’t have formal training so someone that is a self starter or already versed in this experience is ideal
  • They work as a team so not looking for someone who is a lone wolf
  • Be able to develop new business
  • Commercial flooring experience preferred

Benefits

  • Salary and profit share – based on margins and how successful the projects are
  • 60k-90k Base + profit share could put you around 100k-120k realistically
  • No relocation efforts but would talk to someone already planning to move there
  • 50% healthcare coverage – Regents Blue Shield Health/Dental/Vision
  • $401k after first year - 6 year 100% vested
  • PTO and flexible hours as long as they are getting the job done
