Job Title: Marine Construction Project Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marine Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee coastal construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience managing marine work such as seawalls, docks, marinas, piers, and other waterfront/coastal structures. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and client-facing abilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of marine construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
Communicate regularly with clients, permitting agencies, and internal leadership
Ensure environmental, coastal, and marine regulations are followed
Oversee project closeout, punch lists, and final approvals
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience overseeing marine construction projects
Strong background in seawalls, docks, marinas, or similar coastal construction
Knowledge of permitting requirements and marine environmental regulations
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field operations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license
