Operations Manager Residential Remodeling | Interior & Exterior Projects

A growing residential remodeling firm specializing in both interior and exterior renovations is seeking an energetic and driven Operations Manager to help lead and streamline daily operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being in the field, and understands the ins and outs of residential remodeling. The ideal candidate is not someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day — they are passionate about construction, process improvement, team leadership, and creating operational efficiencies that help projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for residential remodeling projects
• Manage and support project teams, field staff, and subcontractors
• Help implement and improve operational systems and processes
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Strong residential remodeling experience required
• Experience with both interior and exterior renovation projects preferred
• Proven leadership and operations management experience
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Passionate, energetic, and team-oriented personality
• Comfortable in both the office and field environments
• Experience improving processes, systems, and operational workflows
• Ability to multitask and manage moving parts in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
