Lead self-perform and subcontracted concrete operations including forming, placing, finishing, and sequencing for commercial/industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct concrete crews and daily production
Oversee rebar, formwork, and pour planning
Track productivity and quality results
Qualifications:
6+ years concrete field leadership experience
