Construction Scheduler (Commercial)
Our client, a commercial general contractor, is seeking a Construction Scheduler to support a diverse portfolio of projects. This role focuses on developing and managing project schedules while aligning timelines with financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain schedules for multiple commercial projects
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines stay on track
Identify risks, delays, and recommend solutions
Support cost tracking, forecasting, and cash flow alignment
Qualifications
Experience in commercial construction scheduling
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycles
Knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting
Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
