Construction Scheduler (Commercial)

Our client, a commercial general contractor, is seeking a Construction Scheduler to support a diverse portfolio of projects. This role focuses on developing and managing project schedules while aligning timelines with financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain schedules for multiple commercial projects

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines stay on track

  • Identify risks, delays, and recommend solutions

  • Support cost tracking, forecasting, and cash flow alignment

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial construction scheduling

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycles

  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting

  • Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
