gpac is doing a search for a food manufacturer in western Ohio who is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor.
This food manufacturing facility has been in business for almost 75 years, and they have steadily grown since! They have recently done renovations and upgraded their production facility. They run 2 production shifts and sanitation runs on the 3rd shift! They have just under 250 employees, and their employee turnover rate is impressively low!
The ideal Maintenance Supervisor would be someone very quick on their feet and have solid leadership skills and not be afraid to take responsibility! They would have at least 2 years maintenance supervisory experience and 7+ years in maintenance within food production or manufacturing! Experience/knowledge of the following: ovens, boilers, ammonia refrigeration, conveyer belts, pneumatic, hydraulics is a plus.
