This is an excellent opportunity for commercial litigators looking to break into the dynamic and lucrative world of oil and gas law—no prior energy industry experience required. Seeking attorneys with commercial litigation experience.
You’ll work on high-stakes disputes involving mineral ownership, lease enforcement, surface use, contract interpretation, royalty litigation, and more. The firm is known for its strategic, trial-ready approach and its strong pipeline of sophisticated matters across Texas and beyond.

Manage client relationships with responsiveness and professionalism
J.D. and licensed to practice law in Texas
2–10+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Eagerness to learn oil & gas law (prior experience a plus, but not required)
Trial experience or courtroom exposure highly valued
