Tax Manager – Established Public Accounting Firm
A well-established public accounting firm with a strong collaborative culture is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review complex tax engagements across a diverse client base
Provide proactive and responsive communication with clients and team members
Collaborate closely with firm leadership and contribute to the firm’s coaching and workload distribution processes
Qualifications:
Approximately 6 years of public accounting experience
CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation preferred, but not required
Proven experience reviewing complex tax returns for a variety of clients
Proficiency with CCH Axcess software preferred
Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
Work Environment:
Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays during busy season
