A growing mid-sized law firm in Seattle is actively seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in family law and litigation. This is a hybrid role with flexibility, but candidates must be able to travel to King and Snohomish Counties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage family law cases from start to finish, including consultations, pleadings, negotiations, hearings, and trials
Appear in court and effectively represent clients in contested family law matters
Collaborate with internal team members, paralegals, and support staff
Meet billable hour requirements: 1,200–1,600 hours annually
Eligible for performance and overage bonuses
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in family law and litigation
Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
Comfortable with litigation, court appearances, and case strategy
Able to independently manage a caseload and provide excellent client service
Willingness to travel within King and Snohomish Counties
