The ideal candidate will have experience with injection molding machine knowledge, line repair and optimization, multiple shift work, team training and coaching, capital improvement projects, and process improvements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Utilize injection molding machine knowledge to optimize production lines
- Repair and maintain production lines to ensure efficiency and quality
- Train and coach team members on best practices for machine operation
- Implement capital improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Experience with injection molding machine operations
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production lines
- Strong leadership skills to train and coach team members
- Knowledge of capital improvement projects in a manufacturing setting
