CNC Machinist / Setup Operator – Precision Manufacturing (All Shifts Day, Night, and Weekend)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform CNC machine setups and operate mills and/or lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Make tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Maintain quality standards and tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
- Setup experience strongly desired
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Experience with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar controls
- Comfortable using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ideal Background
- Job shop or production machining experience
- Ability to work independently after training
- Experience machining steel, aluminum, or stainless
